Delivery Requirement: All alcoholic beverages must be received and signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older. The shipping carrier will require a valid, government- issued photo ID upon delivery. If age cannot be verified, the wine will not be delivered and may be returned to us, with the customer incurring any resulting restocking or re- delivery fees.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including, without limitation, if we suspect the user is under the legal drinking age or the purchase is fraudulent.
Product, Pricing, and Orders
Pricing and Availability: All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline the order for any reason.
Taxes and Fees: Prices do not include delivery charges, state sales tax, or applicable excise taxes, which will be added to the invoice total.
Vintages and Appearance: We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the products and vintages. However, due to the nature of wine, actual colors, labels, and vintages you see will depend on your device, and we cannot guarantee accuracy.
Shipping and Delivery
Title and Risk of Loss: Title to the wine passes to the purchaser in the state of California when the order is paid for and picked up by the common carrier. The customer assumes all responsibility for the shipment from that point.
Shipping Compliance: We make no representation regarding the legal right of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. By placing an order, you are authorizing us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination.
Unattended Delivery: Alcohol cannot be left unattended. If the carrier cannot obtain a signature from an adult 21 or older, the order may be held for pickup or returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for any fees.
